What's The Story Behind Nexus Personal Training?

We have worked in the Fitness Industry since 2010. In 2016, we had the opportunity to build and establish our own branding.

 

Over the years we have focused on ups-killing ourselves to stay at the top of our game. The research is always updating and it is important to us to keep up with the mot reliable research sources to deliver the best suitable service to each individual.

 

Giving our clients the best experience to help them achieve their goals is important to us. We will always strive to make your goals a reality.

Director/ Head Personal Trainer

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and involved in Sports/ Weight Training for most of my life. I’ve had the benefit of helping 1000s of people achieve their fitness goals by working with them to create a bespoke plan to suit their lifestyle.

I have improved the health and confidence for a variety of people from:

-The person who is new to fitness, wants to advance their training or improve their quality of life.

-The busy professionals who want to the most out of their limited free time

-The athlete who wants to elevate their performance or are returning from injury.
