I've been working out with Karl for a while now and in every session, whether a class environment or PT session, he motivates and pushes you to the end! I love & hate every minute lol! He is focussed, informative and gives you the belief that you can do it! I have certainly pushed myself and my fitness and this shows in my physical & mental health! He has restored my faith in the fitness industry.
